South Lakes Theatre Arts is celebrating a wave of well-deserved recognition! Their recent spring musical has been nominated for the coveted Best Musical award in both the Cappies and Brandon Victor Dixon Award shows. This impressive feat marks the second consecutive year that the program has received this double nomination.

The accolades don't stop there! August Rivers has been singled out for his performances, earning a Best Actor nomination in both ceremonies. Itsuko Scoville's talent is also being recognized - she's up for Best Actress in the Brandon Victor Dixon Awards and Best Female Vocalist in the Cappies.
