How to Get Tech Support

Step 1: Check in with your teacher. They may be able to assist!

Step 2: Fill out a request on the FCPS Parent and Student IT Support Portal

Step 3: Our technology team will contact you via e-mail or phone. If your FCPSOn device requires replacement, we will setup an appointment for you to come to the Tech Office. During in-person days, get permission from your classroom teacher to visit the tech office.

If your FCPSOn laptop has an obvious physical problem (cracked screen, missing keys, etc...) AND you are in-person, you can get permission from your teacher to visit the SLHS Tech Office without an appointment.
