PSAT 10 Testing
On Monday, April 19, South Lakes High School tenth graders will have the opportunity to take the PSAT 10. FCPS will cover the cost for any enrolled tenth-grade student to take this test. An eNotify was sent on Monday, March 1st to families of 10th grade students with information about registering for the test.
General information about the PSAT 10 test format is available on the College Board webpage (https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/psat-nmsqt-psat-10). Monday, April 19 has been designated for asynchronous learning in FCPS high schools, so students who choose to take the PSAT 10 will not miss synchronous learning time with their teachers.
We will share more details about test day schedules and bus transportation by email in the coming weeks. FCPS health and safety protocols for PSAT/NMSQT administration are available online (https://www.fcps.edu/node/41891).
A FAQ for students has also been posted (Google Doc, requires @fcpsschools.net login), and will be periodically updated.
If you have questions about the PSAT 10 administration at South Lakes High School, please contact Gina Lee at @email.
