Transcript Request Procedures (South Lakes High School)

Transcripts for Current Seniors:

Deadline: Please allow 4 weeks before the college application or scholarship deadline for processing your records/transcript request

Forms for Current Seniors:

• Consent for Release of Student Records – Required before transcripts will be released
• Records/Transcript Request Form – Required for all colleges to which a student applies

Transcripts for Current Students in Grades 9-11:

Deadline: Please allow 2 weeks for processing

Transcripts for Former Students Who Attended SLHS Within the Last 5 Years:

Deadline: Please allow 2 weeks for processing

Transcript Fees: $5.00 each – Advance payment required; Pay online using the button at the bottom of this page or email the Transcript Processor to make alternate arrangements

Former Students Who Graduated More Than Five Years Ago

• If you graduated from South Lakes High School more than five years ago, your transcript is held at the FCPS Records Center. Please call 703-329-7741 or email Records Center at @email.
