Class of 2024 Senior Orientation Presentation (pdf)

Student and Parent Info for Counselor Recommendations (pdf) – Students and parents should complete the applicable sections of this form and email it directly to their counselor by the deadline specified during senior orientation (no later than September of senior year.)  Download and save a copy of the form, then fill it out and save it on your computer.

Transcript Requests – The transcript request process for college applications varies depending on whether you are a current senior, former student who attended within the last 5 years, or former student who attended more than 5 years ago. Click on “Transcript Requests” to navigate to the Transcripts page of the website and follow the appropriate instructions.

SLHS maintains student records for 5 years post-graduation/attendance, after which time records are transferred to FCPS Central Records.

No third party companies are permitted to provide transcripts for FCPS students or Alumni Please do not request Transcripts through the Parchment Company or any others.
